    Received an unsolicited phone call from a rep at this branch. I am not interested in being on your phone list and do not appreciate being called during my work day. After stating that I was not interested, the agent just HUNG UP on me instead of being polite and saying goodbye. Would not recommend their service. Plenty of other agents in the area who treat you as more than just dollar signs.

    We have been over drafted multiple times, when we have it set up to decline transactions if the money is not there. I keep records of my transaction and payments and the online banking system has been off on the pending transactions causing an overdraft fee that should not exist.

    TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I WAS A CUSTOMER FOR A LONG TIME. THEY JACKED MY INSURANCE 65% WITH ABSOLUTELY NO WARNING. THEY REFUSED TO ADDRESS THIS WITH ME. THEY IGNORED ME COMPLETELY. I LEFT A DOZEN VOICE MAILS, WRITTEN NOTES, INCLUDING ON THE WINDSHIELD OF THEIR RUNNING PERSONAL VEHICLE MORE THAN ONCE. WHAT FINALLY DID GET THEIR ATTENTION IS WHEN I SHOWED UP AND CANCELLED MY INSURANCE. BY DOING THAT I SAVED 67%. I REMAIN DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR SERVICE AND THEIR APETHY.
